Summary: | The rental office building at Burangrang street with total building area ± 8646 m2 is planned to facilitate the work of young entrepreneurs in Bandung city. In this case, the facilities in the building must be well planned and equipped with a good plumbing system considering the environmental aspects to achieve a healthy environment. The purpose of this final project is to design the plumbing system of clean water, wastewater, rain water, and sprinkler that can serve 596 building occupants. This design is realized by the stages of literature study by a means of collecting the data, designing concept, and layouting each system, calculating the dimension and equipment needs in each system, detail drawing and isometry, and budget plan calculation. This design is reffering to Plumbing book by Soufyan&Morimura, and standard which is Indonesian National Standard, NFPA, and plumbing related journals. The provision of clean water planned for this building is using tank system and utilized by PDAM water source. According to the calculation of water requirements result based on plumbing tool for the office building at Burangrang street, it is estimated about 3503,21 l / hr, with the effective capacity of the bottom and top tank equal to 42,04 m3 and 11,70 m3. The water distribution system of the building is planned to use a underflow system using the PPR PN-10 pipeline. The waste water distribution generated by the building is planned to be channeled by the gravitally mixed system using PVC-VP pipes and accommodated in septic tanks 1 and 2. The effluent from each septic tank is channeled to field of absorption. The distribution of rain water to the building is not directly disposed to the city drainage but rain water harvesting which will be used as sprinkler system water source amounting to 548 heads. The rain falling on the roof will be distributed to a reservoir equipped with a screen and then pumped into a sprinkler reservoir located on the rooftop floor. Potential rain water harvesting that can be carrier out at Office Building Rental at Burangrang street, Bandung is in the amount of 48 m3 / rainy day. <br />
