This final project focuses on the design of bored pile foundation system of Tower A1. <br /> <br /> <br /> The analyses conducted in the design process of bored pile foundation are single axial capacity, group axial capacity, lateral capacity, settlement analysis of pile group, and the reinforcement of bored pile, pile cap, and tie beam. Based on the analysis results, foundation system is designed with the specification of 1 m diameter. There are 22 pile caps with 11 typical variations of pile length and configuration. The analysis result of axial capacity, lateral capacity, and long-term settlement meets the acceptance criteria. Meanwhile the differential settlement occurs on pile caps in shear wall area. To overcome the distortion from differential settlement, design of tie beam is needed. <br /> <br /> <br /> The reinforcement of pile and pile cap is designed based on SNI 2847:2013 “The Planning and Designing of Concrete Structure for Building Construction” Code of Regulation and SNI 1726:2012 “Earthquake Resilience Planning for Structural and Non-Structural Building”.
