As activities in the cities keep increasing, the demand of online transportation also keep rising and affect conventional transportation. In Bandung city, there is an indication of a shift in demand to taxi post-emergence online taxi. Meanwhile, one of the factors that affect the preference of taxi mode is the quality of transportation services that is used. This research was conducted to identify the difference of quality between online taxi and conventional taxi. Analytical method that is used in this research is analytical method gap and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The result of this research showed that there is a difference in quality of online taxi services and conventional taxi. There are twelve quality attributes of services that is superior from online taxi which is an added facility inside the vehicles, the modernity of the vehicles, the modernity of technology, operational hours, technology sociability, simplicity of access services, cleanliness and appropriateness of the vehicles, availability of public complaint services, information of the services that was gotten, the comfort of vehicles, efficiency in fare trips, and the hospitality of drivers. Meanwhile, three attributes of conventional taxi services that was superior includes conformity of vehicles, availability of drivers of giving help, and health insurance. <br /> <br /> text
