In order to realize the project of Jababeka Film Institute, it requires a construction planning method. Those conctruction planning method has a very important role in the design since it will be a reference in determining the duration and total cost of the project. <br /> <br /> <br /> In making the construction planning method, there are 6 major of work: preparation work, earthwork, foundation and retaining wall, building structure, drainage and retention pond, also flexible pavement of parking garden area. The conctruction planning method begins with determining the work breakdown structure, followed by calculating the volume of work based on the drawings and specifications, also calculating the productivity and duration of work. Meanwhile there are two factors that affect the duration of work which are heavy equipment’s productivity and worker’s productivity. This project schedule which design is made by using Ms.Project, gives 353 days or 325,664 hours as the duration of work. text
