Solar cells become an option to increase the utilization of the potential of solar energy. Easy fabrication process, relatively cheap material and efficiency that improved significantly in the last 5 years making perovskite solar cells be an attractive option to be studied. Perovskite solar cells CH3NH3PbI3 and CH3NH3PbI3-xClx use CH3NH3I, PbI2 and PbCl2 derived from solder wire as the precursor. In this study, will be optimized to improve the performance of solar cells perovskite mainly the open circuit voltage (VOC). By looking at the effect of relative humidity (RH), preheating the substrate before annealing, and the selection of material used, to optimize the performance of perovskite solar cells. By using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Uv-vis spectrometer, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) will be seen characteristics of the samples that have been synthesized. From the research, it was found that the perovskite solar cells can be fabricated at high relative humidity (RH), with the highest VOC measured is 0.7 V which is deposited at a preheating temperature of 50ºC and the configuration is FTO / TiO2 / perovskite / FTO. text
