Description
Summary:Land registration is an important activity in land administration. In addition to full map making, land registration also plays an important role in the ownership of one's rights to the land. Given the importance of the land registration program, the government encouraged the acceleration of land registration to extend the program of Pendaftraan Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL). Through this program is expected to accelerate the process of land registration in these areas. Temanggung Regency as one of the administrative areas that also carry UT PTSL has a lot of homework. The reason is, there are still 509,814 fields or 87.94% of the total number of plots in Temanggung Regency that have not been registered. Therefore, it is necessary to make map of priority areas for land registration due to limited land registration quota for each year. Priority and nonpriority mapping mechanisms are expected to provide a solution to the land registration process on target and can be done on time. Researchers use methods geographic information systems to conduct mapping of priority areas. The image data of Temanggung Regency is then processed through the application of QGIS 2.10.1 to obtain the area corresponding to priority criteria. There is four villages become the priority area of PTSL implementation on 2017. This priority area is obtained from the model from data processing of registered parcels, density of unregistered parcels, accessibility, and land use for subsequent sought priority areas based on the model that fit to the criteria.
