<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The need of space is likely to increase as the impact of urban land which is no longer able to accomodate the need of space, then it caused the cities growth uncontrollably. This becomes a gap for deviations about the land use which is no longer accordance with the main functions and city rules. To control the rapid growth of city, it needs the license of advice planning as a fisrt step before land use planning is implemented. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The aim of this research is to determine the factors affecting the suitability of licence advice planning. This research categorized as an explanatory with combination between quantitative and qualitative. The analysis is used by crosstab method, which is explained causal relationship between independent variables such as policy, institutional performance, supervision, participation and public understanding and dependent variable such as the suitability of advice planning licence. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This research showed that the suitability of advice planning licence affected by the completeness of facilities, Transparency of information, retribution, Satisfaction of licensing service, Socialization, Monitoring, Punihment, and Understanding of society toward spatial. <br />
