PT Telkom has knowledge management system called KAMPIUN that can be accessed by all the employees with a NIK requirement. PT Telkom wants to maximize the function of its knowledge management to raise the employee competency and reduce the employee development budget. Nowadays the use of KAMPIUN has decresead with a prove of less than 50% of the employees who uploaded only one article in a year. Beside that, PT Telkom will develop KAMPIUN in order to be the finalist of MAKE Award competition-knowledge management award-. <br />

In this research, knowledge management maturity evaluation was conducted in PT Telkom Bandung. Evaluation was conducted according to development of APO (Asian Productivity Organization) model and MAKE (The Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise). This development was done to answer the company need based on its knowledge management maturity. <br />

The result of this research is the maturity of the knowledge management of PT Telkom which is refinement level. With this status, the implementation of knowledge management has done correctly but still needs continuous improvement. Therefore, development effort that can be done was designed based on the quite crucial problem on knowledge management implementation. The problems that will be solved are the lack of managerial role and the design of work program to increase awareness of sharing activity and looking for knowledge from manager or lower employee. The effects of implementing these solution are lower employee development budget and higher employee and company performance. |
