Creative industry involves creativity, skills, and individual talents to improve welfare and the availability of employments through the power of idea and creation (DPRI, 2008). Bandung City Government is planning to develop facilities for creative industry. This Co-Working Space is a semi-fictitious commercial project that is located at PH. H. Mustofa Street No. 52, Cikutra, Bandung. The primary users are the newly emerging design-based creative entrepreneurs, also known as start-ups. The purpose of this report is to present the design of Co-Working Space Building that plays a role as a creative hub that accommodates the intermediations of start-ups and the people. This Co-working Space provides various kinds of programs, spaces, and facilities that supports the development of creative industry business in order to create synergy between start-ups and the people with the intention of bringing forward creative economy as a stable and sustainable economy sector. The basic concept is intermediation, applied in the organization of activity programs, interconnection of spaces, and facility provisions. The physical design concept that is implemented is Designers' Playground. This four storeys building with the total of 8035 m2 floor area occupies 4996 m2 site area. The building is designed as a compact square building with an atrium as the main intermediation space. The impressions of openness and inviting atmosphere are presented by the pilotis design. There are four main zones, which are workspace as a place to work, makerspace as a place to organize trainings and productions, exhibition as place to

showcase products and events, and commercial as a place to accommodate business interaction.
