One way to solve this problem is to build super tall building to increase the effectiveness of land usage. Ironically, there are no reference rules match with the super tall building planning with earthquake resistance. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The 100-story building is designed using lateral outriggers and belt truss. The purpose of using this lateral stiffener is to reduce the story drift that occurs in the building. This 100-story building is designed based on SNI 2847:2013 “regulation of concrete structure”, and SNI 1729 “regulation on steel structure”. All this regulation is used to design all structure elements in this building including outriggers, belt truss, and composite column. This building is designed to withstand earthquake load of Jakarta, with the soil classification type D. The inspection of minimum requirement for earthquake resistance building based on SNI 1726:2012 “procedure on planning earthquake resistance building”. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In this Final Assignment, the 100-story building is designed with R of 5.5. This value is chosen by considering the results of previous studies. Furthermore, a non-linear time history analysis is used to evaluate the performance of the structure. Based on the non-linear time history analysis, the designer can identify all plastic hinges condition which occur in this structure text
