Summary:<p align="justify">The growth of infrastructure development activities in Indonesia over the past two years has increased considerably which shown by the number of private and government projects involved the construction of road infrastructure, buildings and other infrastructure. This happens along with the strategy of the Indonesian President to improve the economy in Indonesia (Rinaldi M, 2016). On the other hand, the biggest problem of any industry in Indonesia is the uncontrolled production of B3 waste (Ridwan M, 2015). Further, a Presidential Decrees stated that any waste mismanagement industry in the black zone as <br /> producer of B3 waste will be given sanction (PP 101/2014). PT. Prinaltia Junta Perkasa (PJP) is a company engaged in the field of collecting and utilizing waste to answer industrial problems in Indonesia which is processed the waste into ready materials. The purpose of this research is to propose business strategy that aims to increase the sales of PT. PJP. The first step is to identify the existing problems of PT. PJP by doing internal analysis that consists of Business Model Canvas (BMC), Marketing Mix (product, place, promotion and price), STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) and Strength & Weakness (SW). After doing internal analysis, the research is proceeds with analyzing the external environment of the company using Porter 5 Forces analysis, competitor analysis, and Opportunities and Threats (OT). After that, the next step is to analyze production, cutomer service, distribution and packaging. <br /> To analyze the problems, PT. PJP conducted some exploration and research at PT. Tenang Jaya Sejahtera and PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper by using some tools for new business <br /> strategy, new Marketing Mix (where there are propose changes is product, price, place, promotion), and also changes to the Business Model Canvas which is (proposed new customer segment with additional segmentation in government and state-owned companies, proposed new distribution channels with new channels through each agent in each region, proposed new value position with a more environmentally friendly method, proposed new key resources and key partner with the addition of packaging companies as quality improvement to simplify the packaging process). The conclusion of the analysis in chapter 3 to answer the problem of abundant waste base material and to increase product sales from PT. PJP, then is by doing product development in curbing and mortar. Making product packaging for bricks and paving blocks, open branches <br /> of building stores around Western Sumatera and Riau,conduct certification of product test, bidding on the government national strategic project are some recommendations as a result from this research.<p align="justify">
