Summary:Offshore structures are structures or buildings built offshore to support the process of exploration or exploitation of mining materials. Offshore structures consist of two main structures: the upper sub-structures or decks and sub-structures below or so-called jackets. Offshore buildings operate in extreme offshore conditions requiring special construction methods in their manufacture. The construction method is included into the project construction management. Construction management is required to produce a building during its project activities and the final results are in accordance with the plan. Compliance in this case is the accuracy of scheduling, cost, and quality. This study will discuss the design of construction management which includes construction methods, scheduling analysis, and cost estimation of the process platform deck structure off the west coast of Madura. Limitations on the writing of this thesis is a construction method that is discussed only in the phase of its structural construction. The construction phase itself is restricted only to the fabrication stage, including the assembly stage, and the erection of the deck structure. From the scheduling design results obtained a total duration of 265 days for the calculation of duration based on the past experiance project, and 229 days for total duration based on the actual duration of manual calculations on the use of tools at the fabrication stage. For the design of cost estimates calculated for material and labor only, the total project cost is Rp 23,400,426,117,732.
