In 2008 showed as many as 17.3 million deaths are caused by cardiovascular disease. Stroke is a cardiovascular disease that comes suddenly so prevetation must be made quickly. Therefore we need a heart rate monitoring system in real-time and connected to the Internet to be accessible at any time. Heart rate signal obtained photopletysmogram sensor (PPG) will be processed digitally by a microcontroller and sent to the internet with Wi-Fi module. PPG sensor measurement tested in some parts of the body, obtained that on fingertip PPG produces the best signal. The BPM test result by our system on subjects who have exercise also showed the same result with commercial measuring devices. Beat per Minute (BPM), Interbeat Interval (IBI) and signal sampling of heart rate successfully displayed on the internet. <br /> From these result, we can conclude that the design of a system can be used for heart rate monitoring in real time via internet.<p align="justify"> text |
