Nowdays, many women whom not only a mother but also a worker. From Workforce National Survey (Survey Angkatan Kerja Nasional) in August 2017 which conduct by Statistical Agency (Badan Pusat Statistik) shows that in 47,91% of workers are women. Which divided work in city 44,74% and rural 51,10%. Because of this huge numbers, many problem comes in term of how to take care about their children , specifically problem in daycare center. <br /> <br /> Many problems related with daycare comes because their working mother, government take serious attention to it. Trough Government Regulation No 5 Year 2015 about The urgency of provision working facilities that responsive to gender. <br /> <br /> This research aims to describe how Government Regulation No 5 Year 2015 being implemented in Government Institution in city of Bandung. Findings that writer found being analyze and described with approach from gender theory, Daycare guidance and Lactation theory. <br /> <br /> This researched concluded that provision of working facilities that responsive to gender still not maximize being implement by government institution in city of Bandung. Needed participation for others stakeholders to implement working facilities that responsive to gender. <br /> <br /> Keywords : Gender, Daycare, Lactation working space, Government city of Bandung. <br />
