is expected to be. Instead, the feature of Google Platform is currently useful. There are many concepts and practices of E-Learning application, lecturers' awareness and readiness to adopt E-Learning application is the most important issue for the success of blended learning. This thesis research uses qualitative research strategy with case study method through observation process inside classroom by observing the teaching method from the lecturers and interviewing some lecturers to examine their teaching preferences and expectation of the teaching method for blended learning implementation.This thesis research found that there is a consecutive order between awareness and readiness <br />
<br />
factor of lecturers. In order to have such sufficient level of readiness to implement the blended learning, awareness of E-Learning application is necessary. Generation factor where old generation might have issue in technology adoption toward the use of E-Learning is not a difficulties when teaching dedication put into consideration. This thesis research is expected to provide input and encouragement to the institution to be able to plan the implementation of blended learning accordingly. |
