This final project is focused on geotechnic aspect like foundation and retaining wall. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Design foundation is chosen with the consideration based on soil condition and some applicable codes. Foundation system is designed with 1.2 meter diameter, 15 pilecap , and 72 bored pile. Depth of foundation consist of three variation, 16 meter, 31 meter, 38 meter which depend on load from upper structure. Lateral deformation, settlement, and axial capasity have shown that the design is egligible the code. 24 units of D25 are designed for longitudinal reinforcement while transversal reinforcement need D16-150 mm. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Diaphragm Wall is designed with ground anchor to protect basement excavation. The result of stability analysis has shown that the wall is designed with 1 meter thick and 27 meter depth. 4 ground anchor are needed .Each of ground anchor must be given prestress force 200 kN. Excavation is analyzed with PLAXIS 2D. Deformation of the wall and stability of the excavation have shown that the design of diaphragm wall is safe. text
