Summary:Nowadays air transportation mode play a key role to transportation in Indonesia, it can reach so many places with ease and in a short amount of time. Airport is one of the main infrastructure for air transportation mode. Airport facilities divided into 2 sides which is air-side and land-side. Air-side made for airplane activity while land-side is mainly for passenger activity, both are very important for the airports. This study discuss the land-side of an airport, specifically on development of the Airport Terminal Program which can be calculate with Level of Service of passanger terminal based on IATA and facility area requirment of passanger terminal based on SNI 03-7046-2004. The program using Visual Basic which can give grapichal user interface so that everyone can use the program easily. The sample airport used to validate the program is Silangit Airport (IATA : DTB, ICAO : WIMN) at Siborong-borong, North Sumatra. The result show that the program is valid and can be used for calculating wheter Level of Service and facility area requirement.
