The test for five-axis CNC machine is focusing in rotary axis error measurement. This type of machine has two rotary axis, C rotary axis and B swivel axis. The test is using laser interferometer from Renishaw® Laser XL-80 and rotary axis calibrator Renishaw® XR 20-W. This test based on procedure that written in manual book arranging by writer. It consists of three manuals and the parameters are based on ISO 230-1:1996, ISO 230-2:2006, and ISO 10791-4:1998. <br />

Rotary axis calibrator must use to measure rotary axis positional error. The manual books are used as a guide for testing the rotary axis positional error such as rotary axis and swivel axis. |
