Summary:Tsunami disaster risk reduction that provides the greatest impact is the tsunami eraly warning, which gives people the chance to be able to save themselves to the place of safe evacuation. Apart from not optimal performance of early warning system chain, there are a lot of physical and non physical problems affecting the evacuation as a consequence of a reaction to early warning. This study is part of research PEER Cycle 3 - NAS Grant 2,000,004,899 Sub-FFATA been simulating human behavior model evacuation when they heard a tsunami warning through sirens. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Due to the complexity of the evacuation activities of human psychology, human interaction with the local government and the environment, where it can affect the behavior and consequences of evacuation. For the importance of a simple computerized models that describe situations and real-life conditions in the region when the population to evacuate in response to the tsunami warning. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The study was conducted in the city of Padang, West Sumatra by taking a sample intentionally in Koto Tangah District. A computational model developed in the analysis of individual psychology is divided into two conditions, namely non-emergency condition and emergency condition. By analysis using ID3 decision tree algorithm, it can determine a strategy to increase the success of the evacuation. Implementation will conclude the appropriate measures to control / change the decision of evacuation of people become ideal conditions.
