Summary: | Bandung Creative Office Park has main focuses as leased office space and co-working space. This building has other supporting facilities, as a retail, food court, gym, and other facilities. Land area developed for the construction of this building is 19.915,6 m2 and the total maximum building area developed is 40.000 m2. Every activities need clean water to support the activities. Therefore, clean water plumbing system will be designed based on requirements specified. The designing clean water plumbing system at Bandung Creative Office Park is implemented green building concept for the operational, they are greywater reuse and rainwater harvesting concept. This concept has goal for water concervation. By applying the green building concept, this building is used a separate water source system for clean water demand, they are primary water source (ground water) for non-flushing system and water from treatment of greywater and rainwater harvesting for flushing system and also, water from PDAM as water source for fire system. Clean water supply is also using pump and gravitation system, it is supplying clean water from ground water tank to the roof water tank by using a pump, then the clean water is distributed from roof water tank to every plumbing units by using booster system for top two floor and gravitation system for the lower floor. Design of clean water plumbing system is also include fire protective systems, they are sprinkler system and hydrant system. Type of pipe that used in this building is carbon steel pipe. Determining of the number, dimensions, technical specifications, sprinkler and hydrant placement are determined by SNI and other relevant regulations |
