Reconciliation is about comparing between two like measures at different points along the mining sequence. From this comparison can be seen the difference of the amout of coal between geological model or production plans with the realization of production. <br /> <br /> <br /> The research was conducted in Pit Kusan, PT. Borneo Indobara, South Kalimantan. The estimation of reserves and data processing using software Mincom Minescape 4.119 and Microsoft Excel. The research used data from beginning in 2017 until the end of second quarter (January to June 2017). PIT coal recovery was proved by misclose analysis while ROM coal recovery analysis was proved by field observation and literature study. <br /> <br /> <br /> In this research, the result of estimated coal production in 2017 in Pit Kusan is 8.134.200 tonnes and the remaining coal at the end of second quarter is 5.580.600 tonnes. Projected the amount of coal of Pit Kusan to pit limit plan 2017 based on the actual survey and remaining coal at the end of the second quarter is 8.375.100 tonnes. Meanwhile, projected the amount of coal of Pit Kusan to pit limit plan 2017 based on the weighbridge and remaining coal at the end of the second quarter is 8.276.200 tonnes. this projected coal reserves is greater than the coal production plan in 2017. Pit coal recovery at the end of the second quarter was 109,43 % and ROM coal recovery from weighbridge was 105,56%. Coal recovery exceeds 100% because the actual coal mined is larger than geological model because the actual coal is thicker, the actual horizon-weathered is more shallow and the presence of unrecorded minor coal in geological model. ROM coal recovery at the end of the second quarter is smaller than pit coal recovery because of losses from coal damage due to movement equipment on top coal, road maintanance located on top coal, re-cleaning, spillage, stocking and rehandling text |
