This condition is causing huge losses to farmers in the district changes, especially influential in their social and economic conditions for the revenue decline. Micro insurance as a way to protect low-income communities by replacing the regular premium payments to the cost of risk which can be reached by the society. One of the possible insurance scheme for farmers who can not afford to pay the insurance premium is subsidized by the government. Only government subsidies are often not well targeted, <br />

so many farmers are unable to pay insurance premiums and are at high risk zone did not get the subsidy. Hence the need for mapping typology based micro-insurance insurance willingness to pay (WTP) and rob flood risk zones to see the tidal flood disaster management priority to farmers who can not afford and are in the risk zone for flooding high tides using insurance scheme. <br />

Research aimed at mapping flood zones rob priority to farmers using micro-insurance schemes in sub Kandanghaur disaster is divided into three major analysis, disaster risk analysis, analysis of PAP and priority handling of analytical determination zone. Disaster risk analysis refers to Perka BNPB No. 2 of 2012 on General Guidelines for Disaster Risk Assessment. WTP analysis refers to methods CVM (Contingent Valuation Method) which include: the establishment of a hypothetical market, obtain the bidding, alleged menghitug average WTP (WTP) and calculate the total WTP. The final analysis is the determination of priority zones. The analysis is based on a map of the distribution of WTP per village and Disaster Risk distribution maps. <br />

Based on this analysis produced zoning management priority based on the distribution of risk and WTP. The management priority zones include the first priority zones consists of Eretan Kulon village, Soge village and Bulak village; The second priority zones consists of Eretan Wetan Village, Kertawinangun Village, Soge Village, Curug Village, Karanganyar Village, Ilir Village and Parean Girang Village. The third Priority Zones consists of Bulak and partly Parean Girang village. |
