Production management has an important role in the industry. Every aspect done in production management aims to improve efficiency and reduce the costs incurred in the production process. In production management the three most important aspects are production planning, production control, and production monitoring. The initial process to be done in this case is the production planning, which also consists of various production aspect such as the type and quantity of manufactured goods, product quality, raw materials, etc. <br /> <br /> In this Final Project conducted a review of production planning, especially on issues of demand management in waste processing companies, which has a tendency different than other industries such as the quality of raw materials that are difficult to define, the price of raw materials fluctuate, and various other aspects. The focus of this research is to provide problem solving to the company which become the observation material, so that at the end of this final project will be presented the analysis result in the comparison of various methods to solve the problem of raw material demand at the company. In the design of setting the company's own demand is more focused on the amount of raw materials and handling requests received by the company through the review of the forecasting of the raw materials supply and the safety stock inventory.
