Design build systems for construction projects is not commonly used in Indonesia, and often construction service providers are not ready to implement this system. This leads to inefficiencies and inefficiencies during the process of designing and implementing construction projects. One of the ways to solve/reduce this problem is to perform risk analysis. Risk analysis is generally divided in terms of time, cost, and quality. In the this study, risk analysis performed in terms of completion time of some operations in a construction project. Risk analysis in this study included identification of high-risk risk factors, quantitative analysis, and risk response. <br /> <br /> <br /> The object of this research is the APMS (Automated People Mover System) project, which is part of Soekarno Hatta International Airport development project managed by PT. Angkasa Pura II. This APMS project is a good example for project design build with PT.Indulexco as the planner and PT.Wika as the executor. <br /> <br /> <br /> The research method used are literature study,interview, and questionnaire. Determination of risk factors using literature study and questionnaire with interviewees. The input data needed to perform quantitative analysis, as well as the risk responses obtained through Interviews and questionnaires with interviewees. Quantitative analysis is done in two ways, first using RiskyProject Proffesional application which is using monte carlo simulation and second method is manual calculation using beta and normal distribution function text
