The storage of medicines in various locations and movement of medicines between those locations creates the risk of loss of medicines. If recording of medicines is not correctly done, mismatch between records and actual conditions of medicines could happen. Since medicines contain monetary value, loss of medicines will cause material loss for the hospital. To reduce these risks, a medicine logistics management system is required. This final project aims to build such system as a subsystem of a B type general hospital management information system. Functional requirements for the subsystem to be built has been defined through conditional analysis. Those functional requirements are: recording incoming medicine into the hospital; recording the movements of medicine between locations in hospital; displaying medicine informations; recording medicine sales in the pharmacy; recording medicine usage in the clinics; recording outgoing medicine due to damage, loss, or expiry; recording stock opname records; and processing reports of medicine traffic. The system to be built utilizes multi-tier architecture consisting of frontend server, API server, and database server. The frontend server was built with Angular framework, the API server was built with Laravel framework, and the database was built with PostgreSQL. Functional testing of the system built shows that the system has fulfilled all the functional requirements that has been defined. text
