become an interesting research. We have 3 prime factors that must be analysed to find out how strong that factors can make influences to house price production. That factors is Location factor, Product Factor and developer factor. in the process each factor will be analysed with hedonic prices analysis. Data that have ratio type or have value will be analysed with regresion. and the other data that have catagories type will be analysed with anova method. The finding of research will be interesting, becasuse the corelation between cultural characterisic of Yogyakarta society comparing with bussiness real estate problems. each factor that be analysed have plus and minus for each of it into house price production. with this research, researcher hoping that developer in real estate will learn about this factors and incrasing their strategies to selling house and appropriate with cultural of location where the product is build. |
