Summary:Air cargo shipping process involes many players such as logistics service provider, logistics facility provider and regulator. Logistics service provider has responsibility in delivering goods from origin to destination. Logistics facility provider has a role to facilitate logistics service provider so that delivering process runs smoothly. Regulator makes rule that must be obey by logistic service provider and logistics facility provider. <br /> <br /> Increasing demand of air cargo delivery lately makes exsisting business process not capable to accomodate demand of the customer so that it generate risk in security and agility of cargo processing. Business process that segmented and separated between stakeholder become the reason of inefficency and ineffective so that it need to be process and information integrated. In digital era, computer and mobile exsistance could be solution to integrate stakeholder in air cargo industry. <br /> <br /> In this final project, will be designed integrated process and integrated information system (community-based) of the cargo handling and securing system that <br /> <br /> conducted by agents, cargo courier, regulated agent, and airport warehouse Husein Sastranegara Bandung. The method that used for design cargo handling and securing system is from Leung,et al in 2000 and combine with business analitic approach, business process improvement, business process execution using BPMN <br /> <br /> 2.0. After the proposed system design is done, then the system is tested against the worst business services. The current condition data is compared with the test result data to get the performance of the proposed results. <br /> <br /> The performance of the proposed results can reduce the overall air cargo shipping time by 10,85% as well as provide transparency of shipment tracking and reduce <br /> <br /> the use of resources such as printer and paper.
