It is happened in Parongpong, West Bandung Regency, housing needs increased as a result of the rapid development of the Bandung City. This phenomena is captured by developers as a business opportunity that can give huge profits so that the construction of housing in Parongpong began to bloom. Developers as private sector tend to give priority to housing construction and ignore the basic infrastructure needed by the community. Whereas to support and optimize its function, the housing needs to be supported by the availability of various types of components of basic infrastructure such as roads, water supply, drainage, waste water, waste, worship, security, as well as green space and parks. Based on the results of observations made, not all housing built by developers in Parongpong equipped with basic infrastructure. Housing built by developers have kind of mixed.If left unchecked, the diversity of housing types will lead to problems in equitable community access to basic infrastructure in the Parongpong, while the developer's role as one of the actors can be optimized infrastructure provider. The diversity of housing types indicate their specific behavior owned developer in providing infrastructure. Developer has its own characteristics that can not be equated with the government. Therefore, it is important to know how the characteristics of the provision of infrastructure by the developer in providing basic infrastructure in the construction of a residential neighborhood. To be able to figure it out, it will be done: 1) identification of the characteristics of the provision of basic infrastructure in their residential neighborhood; 2) identification of priority infrastructure provided; and 3) identification of factors into consideration in the provision of infrastructure developer.Characteristics of the provision of infrastructure in Parongpong identified using association analysis to demonstrate the relationship of infrastructure provision specific to this type of housing. Component infrastructure includes roads, water, drainage, waste water, waste, worship, security, as well as green space and parks are reviewed them available in each housing is divided into low-income housing, housing lower middle, middle housing, housing upper middle, and luxury housing. The relationship between the availability of infrastructure and housing types will show certain trends in the provision of infrastructure to this type of housing.For clean water infrastructure, road networks, drainage and septic tanks are generally provided on each type of temporary housing for a security post, green openspace, park, and garden is only provided on the type of medium up to luxury housing. Furthermore, the entire infrastructure, can be identified in what order of priority infrastructure will be provided by the developer. By using AHP that refer to the weighting of each developer, it is known that the provision of infrastructure that prioritized sequentially is security, clean water, roads, drainage, green space and parks, waste water, worship, as well as solid waste. Priority provision is made by the presence of certain considerations which are owned by the developer. Factors to be taken into consideration developer identified further by using the scoring method. Based on the analysis performed, there are a number of factors that are considered existence to provide the infrastructure on the housing environment. As for the consideration of which the physical and environmental conditions, development targets or targets of residents, the benefits of infrastructure development, and the allocation of funds in the planning. One based on the conclusions in the study, preference developer in the supply of infrastructure for a residential in Parongpong can be seen clearly.
