On websites, people share their opinions about products or services they know. With the large number of opinions on the website, this creates opportunities that can be utilized in the business world, namely by conducting a sentiment analysis of the existing collection of opinions. The opinion data can be used to determine the response and impact of a product or service in a marketing strategy. However, large and varied opinions make it difficult to conclude whether a news item about a product or service has a negative or positive opinion. It becomes a challenge for how to archive textual information on the website and extract the opinions on the textual information and display the extraction results into tables and graphs containing the count of negative opinions and positive opinions. <br />
