Bandung Regency is one of area in the Province of West Java, Indonesia which is regularly disrupted by flood every year, therefore the residents in the flooded area must be evacuated. Moreover, floods also caused huge economic losses for households, businesses, industries, agricultures, infrastructures, public facilities, and social activities (Gumilar et al., 2015). Considering that problem, the determination of refuge location and estimatton of economic losses is very important thing to do. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Determination of refugee location is done using AHP method which is useful to solve the problems of multi-criteria. This method using 9 criteria were taken from several considerations accordance with the characteristics of the Bandung Regency, that is the distance from the water source, the distance from the disaster site, distance from health facilities, slope, distance from the threat of landslides, land cover, accessibility, spacious location, and the land right. This method will produce a weight value to be used in subsequent data processing. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Estimate of economic losses using the ECLAC method to generate the estimated value of disaster losses, so that the value can be used by the government as regards policy of post-disaster recovery. The estimation process is done by calculating the losses based on four sectors affected, that is agriculture, household, industry and road infrastructure. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The results of this research are suitability map of refugee location and the estimated value of the economic losses of the four major sectors affected. The refugee location map is generated from an assessment criteria by respondents with the dominant weighting criteria is the distance from the water source of 20%. Locations with high suitability are located in the district Cileunyi, Ibun, Majalaya, Margaasih, Margahayu, Pacet, Rancaekek, Soreang, Kertasari, Canning and Rancabali. The result of economic loss estimation for flood in 2010 there are 191,170 household units that affected by flood with the total area of 2,750.057 Ha, 1,094 agriculture areas that affected by flood with total area of 17,582 Ha, 376 industrial units that affected by flood with total area of 501 Ha, and 157,842 m roads are flooded. The total of economic loss from the 4 sectors affected is Rp. 769,150,002,498 with the dominant losses on household that is Rp. 595,427,179,770.
