Plastic Surgery is divided into reconstruction surgery and cosmetic surgery. The aim of the cosmetic surgery is to repair face to be more beautiful. The final assignment discuss identification of face with golden ratio, before and after plastic surgery in South Korea. The endemic transmission model of plastic surgery based Suceptible, Infectible, Recovered (SIR) model. This SIR model include an ordinary differential equation with and without delay time. SIR model with delay time involves a suspended on a success full program of plastic surgery. The stability of the model will be analyzed by stability of equilibrium point. The basic reproduction number (R0) for model with the absence of time delay determine the important parameter relation for this one. Numerical Simulation from both models will be described the dynamic of the endemic transmission of plastic surgery in South Korea. text
