PT. PRATAMA JAYA PERKASA is a company engaged in the Contractor, especially in <br /> <br /> the industrial sector. Their income is currently reduced because they do not get many projects <br /> <br /> from the industrial sector. They have potential project ie from PT. Kurita Indonesia, PT. <br /> <br /> Sekisui Indonesia, PT. Futaba Indonesia. But there are some risks that will make PT. Pratama <br /> <br /> Jaya Perkasa can lead to losses and not benefit. To avoid risk, a solution is needed to <br /> <br /> anticipate problems that will occur. <br /> <br /> The methodology used in this research is Kepner-Tregoe Problem Analysis, Decision <br /> <br /> Analysis and Potential Problem Analysis. <br /> <br /> Based on the research question, the answer of research question are the root cause of the <br /> <br /> decline in income and profits of PT. Pratama Jaya Perkasa because there are not many <br /> <br /> projects for their segment. Industrial growth decreased while PT. Segmentation Pratama Jaya <br /> <br /> Perkasa is in the industry and then the Kepner Tregoe method can be used to select a good <br /> <br /> project for PT. Pratama Jaya Perkasa. Based on Kepner Tregoe Decision Analysis method, <br /> <br /> PT. Sekisui Indonesia is the best choice for PT. Pratama Jaya Perkasa. There are two <br /> <br /> potential problems, late payments and ilega fees. For late payment, PT. Pratama Jaya Perkasa <br /> <br /> can make a contract to complete payment for any progress made. For illegal costs, PT. <br /> <br /> Pratama Jaya Perkasa can conduct surveys before bidding to estimate possible costs to be <br /> <br /> spent on illegal fees.
