Summary:The provision of park and ride facilities in Indonesia has different characteristics with another park and ride facilities that implemented in other countries. The development of park and ride facilities in Indonesia growth scattered and not integrated. Most park and ride provision in Indonesia managed by community, voluntary without official permission. The government and PT. KAI that have responsiblity to provide park and ride facilities only have limited park and ride area,because of that park and ride based community exist to fulfill the parking demand. Moreover, there is no park and ride regulation as a guide for developing park and ride provision and to guarantee park and ride existence for public. This research describes fact and founding about stakeholder perception related to park and ride development. The output of this research are models of joint development of park and ride facilities based on stakeholder perception. Stakeholder perception contains of technical perception and non technical perception. Technical perception contains of accessibility, safety, design, and comfort factors on park and ride facilities. Meanwhile, non technical perception consists of risk allocation, asset ownership and cooperation potention. The proposed cooperation models are cooperation between private and community and Public Private Partnership.
