This research was conducted by entering the water level elevation at boundary condition, wave transformation result using MIKE21 SW and river flow in MIKE21 ST model. In addition other parameters are also incorporated in accordance with field measurement data. Model results are then verified using existing field data. The simulation results show that the current moves northwestward during high tide and toward the southeast at low tide with a maximum speed of 0.11 m / s. The tidal currents in the coastal area are relatively small due to the large friction of the base and are hindered by coastal protection structures. Abrasion persists on both sides of the harbor in both the east and west seasons. During the eastern seasons, the dominant wave from the east (1.15 meters) generates long shore current to the northwest with a maximum speed of 0.6 m / s and generates sediment transport moving from the southeast port to the northwest. As the east seasons the sediments are able to move past the harbor jetty and cause siltation at the port's mouth by 11 cm and 8 cm in the harbor pool. The river system is important in providing sediment inputs both in the east and west seasons seen from relatively small deposits where the river system is turned off. |
