Minimarket itself has begun to integrate technology with its business, such as KlikIndomaret application issued by Indomaret. However, at the stage of marketing, people know less and less willing to use the application. Therefore, in this final project conducted observations on the case study applications KlikIndomaret for people living in Bandung with research methods in the form of surveys and testing in the form of usability testing. Common users have limitations on using smartphones, and observations show that lay users still encounter some problems when operating the KlikIndomaret app such as a confusing layout, ambiguous button functionality and the difficulty of ordering products that take a long time to complete a task. This final project study uses a user-centered design approach that involves the user from the beginning of the process to the end, ie user activity analysis, modeling activities, user conceptual modeling, prototype design, and usability testing. The result of this final project is a mid-fidelity prototype that is implemented using the combination of Proto.io and Adobe Photoshop. The test is done three times and the test results show that the prototype design has a good interaction because the majority of usability goals and user experience have been achieved. However, improvements still need to be done so that users feel the interface and interaction has been good and feel helpful in the process of purchasing minimarket products. text
