Based on the flood analysis problem in the targeted area of study, the research found that the flood itself was caused due to the limit ability of the current drainage canals to hold the rain so that the improvement of the canal should be held as soon as possible. The Hydrology analysis was using the rainfall data from the Cemara BMKG Bandung Station. The Hydrolica analysis was used with the manual calculation and the model itself was using the EPA SWMM 5.1. Software. <br />

Naripan area was divided into several sections. The change of design was used in the section 2 and 3 for the right canal and section 2, 3 and 4 for the left canal. The research found that the re-design of canal dimension could contribute positive impact in terms of canal ability in handling the rain which result on the solution for the flood issue. The result was proved with the manual calculation and also the modelling by software as mentioned earlier. |
