The owner of this project is PT. Sari Ater Raya which also has Sari Ater Hotel Resort. Target users for <br />
<br />
<br />
Wellness Center is a high-class society with domestic and international tourists market. The project <br />
<br />
<br />
site located in contoured land surrounded by mountains and pine forests makes this location has rich <br />
<br />
<br />
natural potential to maximize the function of the building as a place of relaxation. One of the relaxation <br />
<br />
<br />
features that is lifted is a forest spa where visitors can enjoy relaxation treatments while enjoying the <br />
<br />
<br />
beautiful scenery around. Design approach in completing the design of this project is to use the <br />
<br />
<br />
concept of healing architecture, tropical architecture, and pay attention to the physical context of the <br />
<br />
<br />
environment. Implementation of this concept becomes the main thing in answering design issues such <br />
<br />
<br />
as issues of ambience, privacy, environmental context, circulation, and the concept of the owner is the <br />
<br />
<br />
application of tropical architecture in building design. The final result of the design will produce a building with a maximum mass of 2 floors. The total building area is 6100 m2 which consists of main <br />
<br />
<br />
lobby, restaurant, fitness area, spa lobby, 15 spa rooms, and yoga bale. |
