Information on hydrological conditions, especially interception based on age class is very important in the management and design of a community forest area. The purpose of this study is to determine the value of percentage of interception, throughfall and stemflow of precipitation and determine the relationship of all tree with age and rainfall. This study chose Gmelina arborea stands of age I (1-2 years), II (3-4 years), III (5-6 years), IV (7-8 years), and V (9-10 years) on the February 2017 till May 2017 at Geulis Mountain in Jatiroke Village, Sumedang. Data collection includes interception, throughfall, stemflow and precipitation values performed every rainy day and measuring the physical condition of trees such as tree canopy area and leaf area index using hemispherical photograph. The result of research got the value of interception percentage at KU I 21%, KU II 25%, KU III 27%, KU IV 30% and KU V 32%. On the percentage of throughfall at KU I 78.37%, KU II 74.8%, KU III 74.5%, KU IV 67.9% and KU V 69.41%. For stemflow percentage value at KU I 0,367%, KU II 0,111%, KU III 0,080%, KU IV 0,042% and KU V 0,029%. Then the relation of Interception (I) with age (U) and rainfall (CH) in equation I = 0.86 (U) +0.63 (CH) -4,490 and the relationship of throughfall (TF) with age and rainfall is TF = 0.638 (CH) -0.375 (U) +4,372 and on stemflow obtained relationship = 0,09 - 0,45U + 0,002CH text
