As time passes, many things affect the relationship between humans and nature. As the human population increases, the advent of technology, changes in social systems, and so on. But the thing that attract auther the most is the aspect where technology affects human relationships with nature. Technology makes it easy for humans to fulfill their biophilic desires. Provide a more efficient, practical and time-consuming manner. Present is the time when information technology has the most powerful role in every aspect of human life. To make it more accessible, humans digitize information about their surroundings. Natural landscapes that once can only be enjoyed directly now can be accessed in the form of visual imagery without knowing the distance and time. However, the lack of direct interaction and the rapid flow of similar visual information gained while accessing nature leads to the uniformity of modern human interpretation of nature. Often these are used to shift the definition of nature to his successor so that humans can take advantage of natural nature without having the moral burden. In this final project, the writer wanted to show the result of the mediation of natural and human nature at this time by technology, especially information technology. The work utilizes the video as a medium for reconstructing the landscape of nature. The work is a representation of the author's thought about the superficiality of human understanding of the natural world as a result of the repetition of visual imagery facilitated by instant, fast and manipulative information technology.The artwork is a representation of the author’s thought questioning how deep human understanding of the natural world in the information technology era with its instant, fast, and manipulation capacity. <br /> text |
