Summary:Nowadays, increased rates of change, customer demand, and market globalization require companies to provide the best service and not let the slightest mistake happen. Because of this, companies have to prepare a risk management system and put it as a top priority so that companies can continue to survive and stay competitive in the market. This risk management is needed so that any obstacles that arise in achieving the company's vision can be minimized and handled appropriately. It is also acknowledged by PT GMF AeroAsia or GMF as an international scale company that provides the largest maintenance, reparation and overhaul aircraft services in Indonesia. <br /> <br /> <br /> Based on that reason, it is necessary to implement a performance risk management system measurement so that the company can find out how well the implementation of their risk management at this time. Besides this, performance measurement needs to be done because there is no guarantee that the design of risk management system owned by the company has been running well to prevent and respond to all forms of risk that occured. In measuring the performance of GMF risk management system, in this research a framework developed by Khameneh et all. in 2016 is used by measuring key performance indicator (KPI) that divided into two categories, the first category is risk management implementation system and the second category is result of risk management implementation in the company. There are nine factors of KPI measured from the first category and 14 KPI factors measured from the second category. Furthermore, the calculation of Total Project Risk Management Score (TPRMS) is done by using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. <br /> <br /> <br /> This performance assessment was conducted using a questionnaire distributed to risk management experts at GMF. Based on the results of data processing and the validation from the questionnaire result, it is known that the performance of the risk management system at GMF reached 75.92%, with the performance for category I is 80.73% and the performance for category II is 71.10%. <br /> <br /> <br /> Based on these results, this study recommends some improvements, which are the form of Risk Management SOP improvement plan and the project charter design to assist company in preparing workshop for project personnel. The recommendation that’s given can hopefully answer the problems and help GMF to improve their performance of risk management systems.
