Port of Pamanukan is a port that performs coal loading and unloading activities in Subang regency, West Java. A construction planning is required in order to realize Port of Pamanukan, especially for trestle and jetty structure. <br /> <br /> <br /> The construction planning of dry bulk terminal Port of Pamanukan includes making work breakdown structure, determining the most effective construction method according to the engineering drawing, volume calculation, productivity and duration calculation of work, scheduling, and cost estimation. Those series of planning processes is to fulfill the main object of project planning which are quality, time, and cost. <br /> <br /> <br /> Based on project scheduling planning, the total duration of this project construction is 432 working days, the calculation of duration is based on two types of work which are the work with duration determined by the productivity of the equipment and the work with the duration determined by the labor productivity. The total estimated cost of this project is Rp 64.218.407.109. <br />
