The usage of organic fertilizer, such as chicken manure, is more ecofriendly and can provide the nutrient plants need. However, chicken manure is difficult to find in large quantity and its contents are depending on the chicken feed. Therefore, the combination between inorganic and organic fertilizer is expected to optimize the fertilizer usage as the nutrient source for the plant. The purpose of this research is to determine the optimum combination of the fertilizer to produce biomass of okra and to the total content of Nitrogen, available-Phosphate, and available-Potassium in the soil. This research was conducted in sixteen treatments with two repetitions for each treatment. The treatments were the combinations of two fertilizers, which is the inorganic fertilizer (NPK) and chicken manure. The research showed that the optimum combination of inorganic fertilizer and chicken manure to produce biomass of okra is in the range of O20A250 to O30A250. While the optimum combination of inorganic fertilizer and chicken manure to the total content of Nitrogen, available-Phosphate, and available-Potassium in the soil is in the range of O20A250 to O30A750. text
