Summarecon Bandung is a self-contained area located in East Bandung area consisting of residential, commercial, and Summarecon Teknopolis harmonious places to live, work, and recreation. Along with the development, the area will cause a change of land use into a center of activity, one of which is a mall. Changing the space structure into a mall will affect the movement pattern that will burden the road network in a region that required a local traffic area management. Furthermore, the land use change is causing the trip attraction and trip generation that must be accommodated by Lifestyle Center Summarecon Bandung. The amount of demand must be calculated based on the function Lifestyle Center Summarecon Bandung as a mall. Furthermore, the existing demand is used for the calculation and planning of parking circulation, parking space, and parking facilities that refer to Pedoman Perencanaan dan Pengoperasian Fasilitas Parkir 1998. The calculated demands are also used for planning and designing pavement structure access to Summarecon Bandung Lifestyle Center refer to Pedoman Perencanaan Perkerasan Lentur Pt-T-01-2002-B. In addition, the design of the structure of the parking building should be provided at the Lifestyle Center Summarecon Bandung in order to create a safe movement in the area of Lifestyle Center which refers to PPIUG 1983, SNI 1726: 2012, and SNI 2847: 2013.
