Summary:Thematic Shopping Center Building in Kina Factory Cultural Zone Bandung is a building that designed as a shopping center with the lifestyle center type. This building has a 6 floors and 3 basement floors. The total area of this building is 27,403 m2. Facilities contained in the building is entertainment facilities, food and beverages, sports facilities, wellness and healthcare, and retail. In this final project design, a plumbing system will be designed for the building which includes water supply system, waste water system and vent system, fire prevention system and rainwater distribution system. At first, in designing the whole system, it will be determined the design concept of each system, the floor plan, scheme and isometry of each system, the pipe dimensioning, technical specifications, and the budget plan. This Shopping Center Building is divided into 2 shafts. The water supply system is designed by using the upper and lower tanks which are 2 tanks for each shaft and distributed using the gravity system with PPR (Polypropylene) pipes. The water source used to supply the building water needs comes from the PDAM. The wastewater system plan is mixed systems and then flowed to the 2 septic tanks according to each shaft using PVC pipes. Fire prevention systems use hydrants and sprinklers that distributed on the whole building with galvanized pipes. Water supply for sprinkler and hydrants is sourced from the bottom tank 1. The rainwater distribution system is designed to collect rainwater that falls to the roof and then it will flows to the basin for rainwater filtration process before it is collected in the reservoir and used for swimming pool water. Lower tank capacity 1 and 2 are 102.26 m3 and 39.49 m3, while the upper tank capacity 1 and 2 has a capacity of 16.52 m3 and 6.38 m3.
