Result of thinsection analysis that assosition of intrusive is diorite, and country rock is limestone. Result of XRD test is garnet, calcite, orthopyroxene and quartz as altertion minerals. Result of XRF test is dominan Fe2O3 with content of Fe arraound 16,5%, until 86,3% Fe. According jurnal of Ray (1995) abaut An overview of skarn deposit, we can conclusion that tipe of primay iron deposit in Menggamat, South Aceh is skarn deposit especially calcic Fe skran.. text
