PT X is one of the largest construction company in Indonesia which is engaged in road construction. Because of the demands to finish the construction on target, the worker do their job over normal workhour thus increasing their workload. In addition, exposure to physical hazards such as heat and noise that received during work potentially increasing the workers’ fatigue. This study aimed to determine the factors that influence the fatigue of the flyover construction workers in TransJakarta line construction. The observation group are divided into two jobs, they are box girder and parapet with total sample of 30 workers. Fatigue measurement was taken before and after work using reaction timer. Work environment measurement using wet - bulb globe temperature (WBGT) and sound level meter. Workload measurement based on SNI-7269-2009. The result of work physical environment measurement showed that temperature of initial and middle shift at box girder and parapet job exceed the threshold value of 28oC, while the noise intensity was still quite safe because it was below the threshold value. Workload observation result showed that box girder and parapet job are included in category of medium workload with each values of 211.28 ± 17.29 kcal/hour and 249.88 ± 56.56 kcal/hour. The result of the fatigue level measurement showed that box girder and parapet job are included in the category of light work fatigue with each increasing of reaction time value of 231 ± 64.24 milliseconds and 233.82 ± 57.08 milliseconds. Multiple linear regression analysis showed factors that most influence the increase of work fatigue on PT X's box girder job are workload, age, and work experience with each significant value are 0.051, 0,019, and 0,033, while on PT X’s parapet job is age with significance value is 0,048.

.
text
