To compete with other competitor, the company implements BAAN V as Enterprise system. But in its journey the <br /> <br /> company still encountered problems. The problems are still the occurrence of delay which has significant effect on corporate income. The delay occurs due to the company's inability to monitor product order fulfillment. This happens because the ERP applied in the company is only installed to the level of TPS (Transaction Processing System). <br /> <br /> In this study, the author offers a solution of information systems that can assist companies in monitoring the fulfillment of bucket product orders. The information system will consist of several sub-systems including ETL sub-systems (Extract, Transform, Load), operational data store subsystem, OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) sub-systems and Dashboard sub-systems. Product order fulfillment monitoring is done through the dashboard sub-system component. <br /> <br /> In conducting the information system, the first is the determination of the system needs to define functional requirements and non-functional requirements. Then do the conceptual design of the operational data store using the Dimensional Model Design Life Cycle methodology. Once that is done the design of a prototype from design process by using software ETL Pentaho Data <br /> <br /> Integration, and OLAP design and software design of the Dashboard using Tableau Desktop. <br /> <br /> Results of information system design is a monitoring application that can provide information on he process of fulfilling the contract. Aspects that become the object of monitoring are order management, procurement, and shop floor activities. Based on the results of verification and validation conducted, the design of information systems has been successfully meet all the <br /> <br /> business needs that have been identified.
