Employee performance is one of the key success within a company or organization. To increase employee performance, the company must know what factors that can influence the performance of employees within the company. This study test 3 variables which arecompetences, work culture, and compensation,whether that 3 variables can influence the perfromanc of employee in Cicendo district office Bandung city. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence employee performance in Cicendo district office Bandung city. This research spread the questionnaire to all employees of Cicendo district office Bandung city, and got as many as 25 respondents. The results of this questionnaire collection are then <br /> <br /> processed using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results obtained are whether the competence, work culture, and compensation influence simultaneous and partial to the performance of employees in the Cicendo district office <br /> <br /> Bandung city
