Summary: | This project is a college student dormitory located in urban area, precisely in Jalan Cikutra Bandung. Yayasan Pembina Masjid (YPM) Salman ITB became the owner of this project, they will get the donation fund for this project from fund of Waqaf and Alumni donation. This boarding school is one of the project which is become combination of salman's existing dormitories where the place is spreading and not fixed, some dorms are only the ordinary rental homes. So this dormitory combines all levels of ITB students, starting from TPB (Tahap Pertama Bersama, the name of first grade in ITB) to 4th grade (Final Level, the last year students). By the construction of this student dormitory, YPM Salman ITB want to add some aspects of knowledge as stock of the students who have graduated and become the leading figure for the surrounding community and circumtances. In order for all the dreams are created, it takes a comfortable building that can accommodate all activities and study process. The first approach that is done in designing is to create an ambience of comfort and feel like at their own home so as to create the seeds of interaction as a supporter of the leadership and the quality improvements of life for each individual. <br />

This college student dormitory will be built on a land area of 8025 m2, while the main functions are Masjid, Ustadz's houses, and the Student Dormitory itself. |
