PT Siemens Indonesia is a subsidiary of giant multinational company originated from Germany, Siemens AG, that runs in electrical, electronical, and technological sectors. In Indonesia, PT Siemens Indonesia has been existing for 150 years and owns two factories in Pulomas, Jakarta and Cilegon, Banten. Currently PT Siemens Indonesia EM Division is undergoing transitioning from ISO 9001: 2008 to ISO 9001: 2015 until the end of fiscal year in 2017. The transition initiative is conducted due to Siemens internal commitment to quality and the fulfilment of customer’s requirement as well as the request from Siemens Pulomas Factory’s customer because the certification for ISO 9001: 2018 will be expired by 2018. <br />

This research aims to evaluate the fulfilment of ISO 9001: 2015 requirements in PT Siemens Indonesia EM Division and to design the QMS that fulfills the stated standard’s requirements. The steps of the research are as follows: problem statement, research objective statement, literature studies, data gathering and processing, analysis, and conclusion and feedback drawing. Data gathering is conducted using interview method and data from company’s documentation. <br />

This research generated design for QMS that fulfills the requirement of ISO 9001: 2015 with the following specifications: design for documentation regarding external and internal issues, interested parties, procedures and documentation regarding risk management and organizational knowledge. <br />
